INGREDIENTS:

  1. Black mustard seeds - 1 cup
  2. Vendhayam (fenugreek seeds) - 1/4 cup
  3. Hot dry chili powder - 1 cup
  4. Asafoetida - 1 teaspoon (tsp)

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast the black mustard seeds, Vendhayam (fenugreek) , Hot dry chili powder.
  2. Now grind all these ingredients into a powder with pestle or blender (mixi)

NOTES:

  1. You can use this powder when you make all kinds of pickles like lemon, mango etc...
