INGREDIENTS:

  1. Roasted pea nuts - 1 cup
  2. Hot dry chili - 10
  3. Garlic - 10 cloves
  4. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast (3-4 min) the garlic and chili and keep it aside.
  2. Dry roast ( 2-3 min) the peanuts and keep it aside.
  3. Powder these ingredients in pestle, blender (mixi).

NOTES:

  1. Good to eat with rice with ghee when you don't have time to make curry.
