INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cardamom - 10 grams
  2. Cloves - 10 grams
  3. Cinnamon stick - 10 grams
  4. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Vendhayam (fenugreek seeds) - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp).

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast all the above ingredients
  2. Now grind all these ingredients into a powder with pestle or blender (mixi)

NOTES:

  1. This recipe yields only one serving.
