Easy idli powder recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Broken black gram - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  2. Bengal gram - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Dry chili - 10
  4. Sesame seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Asafoetida powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat a pan dry fry broken black gram until turn golden brown and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan dry fry Bengal gram until turns brown and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan dry fry the sesame seed and dry chili until sesame seed changes color and keep aside.
  4. Coarse grind all the above ingredients with salt and serve.
