INGREDIENTS:

  1. Shredded coconut - 2 cup
  2. Dry chili - 1/2 cup
  3. Split bengal gram - 1/2 cup
  4. Split bengal gram - 1/4 cup
  5. Asafoetida powder - a pinch
  6. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast each one of the separately and grind them into a fine powder.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with idly, upma and dosai.
