INGREDIENTS:

  1. Fenugreek seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  2. Cinnamon stick - 6 inch
  3. Cardamom - 4
  4. Clove - 4
  5. Black pepper - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Cumin seed - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Fennel seed - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Coriander seed - 6 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Maratti mokku - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Pineapple flower - 3
  11. Dry sea weed - 5 sheet
  12. Curry leaf - 2 stem
  13. Dry chili - 6 or to your spice preference

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast all these ingredients in a pan. i.e. until all the seeds turn color.
  2. Cool down to room temperature and grind them into fine powder.

NOTES:

  1. If you like coconut add shredded coconut as well.
