INGREDIENTS:

  1. Split bengal gram - 2 cup
  2. Coriander seed - 1 cup
  3. Dry chili - 5 (as needed)
  4. Asafoetida powder - a pinch (as needed)
  5. Oil - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the bengal gram, asafoetida powder and roast until bengal gram turns brown.
  2. Now add the coriander seed and roast until color changes.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and Now add the dry chili and roast it.
  4. Cool down the roasted ingredients and grind them into a fine powder.

NOTES:

  1. Stored it and good for a months.
