INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maavadu (tender small raw mangoes) - 1 kilogram
  2. Chili powder - 50 gram
  3. Mustard powder - 25 gram
  4. Sesame oil - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Rock Salt - 1 cup or as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean and remove the stems from the mangoes. Dry them so that it does not have any moisture on the skin.
  2. Now mix the mango with chili powder, mustard powder, sesame oil, salt and place it in pickle jar.
  3. Every day for 10 days shake the jar and keep it.
  4. After 10 days serve.
