INGREDIENTS:

  1. Unripe sour grape - ¼ kilogram
  2. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Asafoetida powder - ¼ teaspoon(tsp.)
  4. Salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Oil - ¼ cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Deseed the grapes by cutting into half.
  2. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida powder. Once the mustard stop splattering add the grapes and sauté for 5 minutes or until the grapes are cooked.
  3. Now add chili powder, salt and cook until oil separates (about 2 minutes) and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Stay fresh for 3 days, if refrigerated for a week.
