INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cucumber - 3
  2. Soy sauce - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Vinegar - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Sugar - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Water - 2 cup
  6. Salt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Now sprinkle salt and mix well until the Cucumber slices coated well. Marinate this for 30 minutes. Wash the cucumber to remove salt and keep it aside.
  2. To water add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Now add the cucumber slices into the water solution. Keep this in freezer (refrigerator) for a week and serve.
