INGREDIENTS:

  1. Vallaarai greens- 1 cup
  2. Shredded coconut - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Finely chopped Onion - 1 (small)
  4. Yogurt (curd) - 1 cup
  5. Finely chopped Green chili - 1
  6. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean and cut the vallaarai greens.
  2. Beat the yogurt well with hand.
  3. In a bowl add vallaarai greens, coconut, onion, green chili, yogurt, salt.  Mix them well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Deseed the green chili to avoid too much spice or add more green chili to increase the spice level
