INGREDIENTS:

  1. Tender plantain stem pieces - 1 cup
  2. Yogurt - 1 cup
  3. Coriander leaf - as needed
  4. -- For Tempering--
    1. Oil - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    2. Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
    3. Chopped Green chili - 2
    4. Curry leaf - 8
  5. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add plantain stem pieces, yogurt, salt as needed and mix well.
  2. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, chopped green chili, curry leaves. Once the mustard seed stop splattering add this to yogurt mixture and mix well.
  3. Serve this pachadi by garnishing with coriander leaves

NOTES:

  1. Make sure the plantain pieces does not have the fibers
