INGREDIENTS:

  1. Noodle - 1 packet
  2. Thinly sliced onion - 1
  3. Slit green chili - 1
  4. Thin sliced tomato - 1
  5. Thinly sliced carrot - 1/2
  6. Cooked peas - 1/2 cup
  7. Turmeric powder - a pinch
  8. Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Split bengal gram - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Oil - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.) or as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil water and add the noodles. Place a lid and cook for 5 minutes. Now drain all the water from the noodles and keep it aside.
  2. In pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, bengal gram once the mustard seeds stop splattering now add the onion, green chili and sauté until onion become translucent (golden brown).
  3. Now add tomato and sauté until they become mushy.
  4. Now add carrot, turmeric powder and sauté until carrot is cooked.
  5. Now add cooked pea, noodles and sauté until oil separates.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

NOTES:

  1. You have to cook noodles in hight heat for good result
