Chinese spicy noodle recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Noodle - 1 packet
  2. Dry chili - 5
  3. Green chili - 1
  4. Finely chopped cabbage - 1 1/2 cup
  5. Finely chopped carrot - 1/2 cup
  6. Finely chopped green beans - 1/2 cup
  7. Green peas - 1/2 cup
  8. Ajinomoto - a pinch
  9. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Cook  noodles with 7 cups of water. Drain all the water. Squeeze a 1/2 lemon on the noodles. Mix well and keep it aside.
  2. Grind dry chili, green chili into a fine paste by adding little water as possible.
  3. In a pan heat oil. Now add the ground paste and cook until oil separates.
  4. Now add cabbage, carrots, green beans, peas and cook until they are sautéed .
  5. Now add salt and ajinomoto (MSG) and sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add the cooked noodles and cook until oil separates and serve. NOTE: trick is to fry the noodles for good taste.

NOTES:

  1. Cook in high heat for good result.
  2. You can garnish with spring onion and serve.
