Stuffed ladies finger masala recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ladies finger - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Mango powder (optional) - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Cumin powder - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Chili powder - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Shredded fresh coconut - 5 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  7. Chopped coriander leaf - 1/2 cup
  8. Sugar - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  10. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean and trim the tail ladies finger.
  2. Now slit either side. NOTE: slit should not open hole on the other side.
  3. Mix mango powder, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, shredded coconut, chopped coriander, sugar, salt together in a bowl.
  4. Now stuff ladies finger with this mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and roast the ladies finger until they are cooked and serve.

NOTES:

  1. When you roast them don't ever cover with a lid.
  2. Cook them in low heat without burning them.
  3. When you flip over be very gentle and don't break them.
