Capsicum masala recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped capsicum - 1
  2. Dry chili - 3
  3. Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Shredded coconut - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  7. Sea salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind coconut, cumin seeds, dry chili and salt by adding 3 tablespoon (tbsp.) of water into a fine paste
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds stop splattering add the capsicum and sauté for a minute.
  3. Place a lid and cook for 4 minutes by stirring time to time so it does not get burnt.
  4. Now add the ground paste and sauté for 4 - 5 minutes and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes with rice.
