Baked vegetable curry recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped Broccoli - 1 cup
  2. Chopped Cauliflower - 1 cup
  3. Chopped Carrot - 1/2 cup
  4. Yogurt or Curd - 1/2 cup
  5. Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Pav bhaji masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, chili powder, pav bhaji masala power, yogurt or curd, salt and marinate for1 hour.
  2. Heat up the over to 400 Fahrenheit. Transfer the marinated ingredients to a baking dish cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. After 20 minutes remove the aluminum foil and bake for anther 10 to 15 minutes and serve.
