INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped carrot - 100 gram
  2. Chopped green beans - 100 gram
  3. Green peas - 100 gram
  4. Cubed Potato - 2
  5. Chopped onion - 2
  6. Chopped tomato - 1
  7. Curry leaf - little
  8. Coconut paste - from 1/2 coconut
  9. Clove - 2
  10. Cinnamon stick - a small piece.
  11. Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  13. Chopped ginger - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  14. Chopped garlic - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  15. Oil - as needed
  16. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil or steam and cook all the vegetables (carrot, green beans, green peas, potato). NOTE: don't boil with excess of water.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add cinnamon stick, clove and temper them.
  3. Now add onion, curry leaf and sauté until the onion become translucent.
  4. Now add chili powder, coriander powder, ginger, garlic and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
  5. Now add the cooked vegetables and sauté for a minute.
  6. Now add the coconut paste, salt, little water bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes or until the raw smell is gone and the right thickness is reached and serve.
