INGREDIENTS:

  1. Green beans - 150 grams
  2. Pigeon pea or red gram - 1/2 cup
  3. Split Bengal gram - 1/4 cup
  4. Dried chili - 3 to 4
  5. Asafoetida - a pinch
  6. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak pigeon pea or red gram, split Bengal gram for on hour.
  2. Cut green beans into pieces and boil them.
  3. Drain the water from the grams, add salt, dried chili and Asafoetida and grind them coarsely.
  4. In a pan heat oil, add add mustard seed when it stop splattering add the ground grams and cook until golden brown.
  5. Now add the cooked green beans and cook for 2 -3 minutes and serve.
