INGREDIENTS:

  1. Idli(idly) - 5
  2. Milagai Podi or idli podi - 1 1/2 table spoon
  3. Sesame Oil - 1/4 cup
  4. Salt - for taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the Idli(Idly) in to thin slices say 1 inch thick.
  2. Heat the oil and fry these pieces until it becomes golden brown, don't stir too hard or you will break it into pieces.

NOTES:

  1. Usually this recipe is done with left over idli(Idly)
  2. Preparation Time: 5-10 min assuming that you have idli(Idly) ready.
