INGREDIENTS:

  1. Iddiyappam - 10
  2. Almond - 10
  3. Cashew - 10
  4. Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
  6. Sugar - 6 teaspoon (tsp) or as needed.

PREPARATION:

  1. Roast almond, cashew, coconut each separately.
  2. Grind almond, cashew, coconut, sugar, cardamom powder into a fine powder.
  3. Apply the ground powder to iddiyappam and serve.
