Wheat rava dosai recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat Rava (semolina) - 1 cup
  2. Black gram - 1/2 cup
  3. Hot green chili - 2
  4. Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Shallots - 8 small
  6. Curry leaves (optional) - 10
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - as required

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak black gram and wheat rava (semolina) separately for an hour.
  2. In a blender first grind Urdu dal to a paste, now add wheat rava (semolina), hot green chili, cumin seed, shallots, curry leaves and  grid to a pan cake batter consistency. 
  3. Now keep the dough for 3 hrs. Now make dosai with this batter.
