INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Rice flour - 3/4 cup
  3. Finely chopped onion - 1
  4. Finely chopped curry leaf - 5
  5. Finely chopped coriander leaf - 20
  6. Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Water - 4 cup.
  8. Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make dosai batter.
  2. -- Making Dosai --
    1. Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan well.
    2. Pour a spoonful of batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round.
    3. Once this side is cooked, flip over and cook until the dosai is cooked on the other side. Remove and serve the wheat dosai.
