INGREDIENTS:

  1. Rava - 1 cup
  2. Rice flour - 1/4 cup
  3. Yogurt or Curd - 1/4 cup
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Water - 2 1/2 cup
  6. Cashews - 10
  7. Black pepper - 10
  8. Hot green chili - 2
  9. Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  10. Ginger - 1 inch
  11. Onion - 2
  12. Oil - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onions, ginger, hot green chili into a fine pieces.
  2. Now make a pan cake batter with rava, rice flour, yogurt or curd, salt, water.
  3. Now add the cut onion, ginger, hot green chili. Also add cashews, cumin seed, black pepper to the batter and mix well.
  4. Now make dosai with this batter.
