INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
  2. Finger millet flour (ragi) - 1/4 cup
  3. Soy flour - 1/4 cup
  4. Rice flour - 1/4 cup
  5. Corn flour - 1/4 cup
  6. Perl millet powder - 1/4 cup
  7. Black gram powder - 1/4 cup
  8. Gram flour - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  9. Green gram flour - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  10. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make dosai batter by adding water.
  2. Keep it aside for it to start fermentation. Once the fermented a bit. Make dosai and serve.
  3. -- Making Dosai --
    1. Heat the flat iron skillet or non-stick tawa pan well.
    2. Pour a spoonful of batter in the center, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round.
    3. Once this side is cooked, flip over and cook until the dosai is cooked on the other side. Remove and serve the multigrain dosai.

NOTES:

  1. You can mix and match the flour. Goes well with chutney.
