Walnut dates chutney recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Walnut - 4
  2. Dates with no seeds - 100 grams
  3. Mint leaves - 1 cup
  4. Ginger - 1 inch
  5. Hot chili powder  - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. roasted cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak dates in water for few min.
  2. In a blender grind ginger, hot chili powder and roasted cumin powder for few min.
  3. Now add only the dates with out water , walnut and mint leaves and grind to a fine paste and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Good to eat with bonda,  bajji and vadai.
