Quick Peanut chutney recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Peanut - 1 cup
  2. Green chili - 2 to 3
  3. Tamarind - 1 small gooseberry size
  4. Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.) or little
  5. Spit black gram - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.) or little
  6. Curry leaf - 5 count
  7. Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  8. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast the peanut for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Grind peanut, green chili, tamarind, salt to taste to a thick fine paste by adding little water as possible.
  3. In pan heat oil. Now add mustard seeds, black gram, curry leaves. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add this to chutney mix well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Cooking time: 5 min.
  2. Goes well with idli, dosai, bajji
