INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cumin seeds - 50 grams
  2. Hot dry chili - 5
  3. Onion - 2
  4. Garlic - 4 cloves
  5. Tamarind - 1 goose berry (Nellikai ) size
  6. Oil - 100 grams
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon (tbsp)
  8. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onion into big pieces.
  2. Heat up oil fry all the ingredients.
  3. Grind all the ingredients into fine thick paste and serve.
