INGREDIENTS:

  1. Rice flour - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Fresh thick coconut milk - 1 cup
  3. Oil - 5 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Ghee - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Sugar - 5 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Egg (optional) - 2
  7. Salt - as needed.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a dough (little harder than chapatti dough).
  2. Now make 6 balls out of it.
  3. Now roll the dough into a 1/2 inch thick round sheet.
  4. Heat a flat iron skillet and reduce the heat to low. Now place the roti and cook until the bottom turns brown.
  5. Now flip it over, drizzle with oil and cook the other side to brown and serve.
  6. Cook the rest of the roties.

NOTES:

  1. You can make sugar syrup and coat the roti as well.
