INGREDIENTS:

  1. Kezhvaragu (finger millet or ragi) flour - 500 grams
  2. Sugar - 250 grams
  3. Salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Oil - 1/2 liter.

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix Kezhvaragu (finger millet or ragi), sugar, salt and make a dough by adding lukewarm water as needed.
  2. Now make a lemon size ball with the dough.
  3. Flatten the dough into to thick sheet.
  4. Heat oil in a pan deep fry them and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Instead of deep frying you can cook like chapati and serve.
