Green masala chapati recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour - 3 cup
  2. Ghee - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Mint leaves - a handful
  4. Coriander leaves - a handful
  5. Ginger - 2 inch
  6. Garlic - 4 cloves
  7. Green chili - 4
  8. Luke warm water - as needed.
  9. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chili into fine paste by adding little water as possible.
  2. Add the ground paste to the wheat flour, add water as needed and make a soft dough.
  3. -- Making chapati --
    1. Now make small 2 inch balls and flatten them.
    2. Heat a skillet add oil as needed.
    3. Now cook the flatten dough until it is cooked (turns golden brown with some dark areas) both side and serve.
