INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chapathi - 6
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1
  3. Finely chopped capsicum - 1
  4. Finely chopped garlic - 3
  5. Finely chopped spring onion - 1
  6. Finely chopped tomato - 1
  7. Chili powder - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Finely chopped mint leaf - 5
  10. Finely chopped coriander leaf - 8
  11. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Oil - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Break chapathi into small pieces (about an inch).
  2. Heat oil in a pan; add onion, spring onion, garlic, capsicum and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Now add chili powder, tomato and sauté for another minute.
  4. Now add broken chapathi, salt to taste and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Now add tomato sauce and sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add the mint leaves, coriander leaves and sauté for a minute and serve.
