INGREDIENTS:

  1. Javvarisi (Tapioca sago) - 300 grams
  2. Yogurt - 200 grams
  3. Hot green chili - 3
  4. Ginger - 1 inch
  5. Asafoetida - a pinch
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - to deep fry

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak the Javu arisi in yogurt for 15 min.
  2. Grind the soaked (Javu arisi yogurt), Asafoetida into dough without adding water.
  3. Cut ginger and green chili and add them to the dough.
  4. In a deep frying pan, heat oil. Once the oil is hot and ready.
  5. Take some dough, make as small ball (a small lemon size). Now flatten it and deep fry them and serve.
