INGREDIENTS:

  1. Soaked Chick pea - 1 cup
  2. Parsley leaves - from 1/2 bunch
  3. Coriander leaf - 20
  4. Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Garlic - 4 cloves
  6. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Oil - to deep fry.
  9. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and grind them coarse as you do for vadai.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan for 350 degree Fahrenheit, deep fry them golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with milk coffee or mil tea.
