INGREDIENTS:

  1. Soaked Chickpea - 2 cup or 250 grams
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1 cup
  3. Finely chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup
  4. Finely chopped carrot - 1/2 cup
  5. Finely chopped Capsicum - 1/4 cup
  6. Coriander leaf - 1/4 cup
  7. Mint leaf - from 4 stem
  8. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Fennel seed powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Corn flour - 5 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  13. Oil - for deep fry

PREPARATION:

  1. Dissolve corn flour in water as a thick batter.
  2. Grind the soaked chickpea into a coarse dough.
  3. In a bowl add fennel seed powder, garam masala powder, chili powder, salt, ground chickpea, onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix them well.
  4. Now make small balls or shapes you like with the dough.
  5. Heat oil in deep pan. Dip each balls in the corn flour batter and deep fry them to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Deep fry the balls in batches and serve.
