INGREDIENTS:

  1. Thattai- 16
  2. Shredded carrot - 1 cup
  3. Shredded beet root - 1 cup
  4. Finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup
  5. Coriander leaf - 1 small bunch
  6. Mint leaf - 1 small bunch
  7. Lemon - 1
  8. Green chili - 2
  9. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, green chili, salt to taste to a fine thick paste. (chutney)
  2. Take thattai, apply chutney on one side, add little carrot, beet root, onion on it. Place another thattai over and serve. (should make 8 sandwich)
