INGREDIENTS:

  1. Rice flour - 2 cup
  2. Black gram flour - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Asafoetida powder - a pinch
  4. Butter - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Sesame seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Soaked split bengal gram - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Coconut Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - to deep fry

PREPARATION:

  1. Coat a bowl with butter. Now add asafoetida powder, salt to taste, chili powder, sesame powder, soaked split bengal gram and mix well.
  2. Now add rice flour, bengal gram flour. Now add water as needed and knead it to a non sticky pliable dough. Now add coconut oil and mix well.
  3. Make small out of the dough and flatten them into think round sheet. Poke these with small holes.
  4. Heat the oil to 350 degree Fahrenheit and deep fry them until they turn golden brown and serve.
