Sprouted green gram sundal recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Sprouted green gram - 1/2 cup
  2. Shredded coconut - 1/4 cup
  3. Slit Green chili - 1
  4. Shredded Carrot - 1
  5. Curry leaf - 4
  6. Oil - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Salt - as needed.

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds once mustard seeds stop splattering add the green chili, curry leaf sauté for 30 second.
  2. Now add sprouted green gram, salt and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add the coconut, carrot and sauté for a minute and serve.
