Cauliflower pakoda recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Small Cauliflower - 1
  2. Corn flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Sakthi chicken 65 masala powder - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Red color - a pinch
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Salt - as needed.
  7. Oil - for deep fry.

PREPARATION:

  1. Break the cauliflower florets into small pieces.
  2. In boiled water, add the cauliflower, turmeric powder. After 2 minutes remove them. NOTE: filter as much water as you can.
  3. Now add corn flour, chicken 65 masala, salt, red color and mix well until cauliflower coated well with corn flour. Sprinkle little water if needed.
  4. Now deep fry them in oil in batches until they turn golden brown and serve.
