INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bengal gram (Kadaliparuppu)- 400 grams
  2. Onion – 100 grams
  3. Green chili – 10
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Oil – 1 cup
  6. Curry leaves – 5
  7. Coriander leaves - 5

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak Bengal gram (Kadaliparuppu) in water for 4 hours, drain water and grind it coarsely by adding salt for taste.
  2. Cut onion, green chili,curry leaves and coriander leaves into fine pieces.
  3. Add the finely cut ingredients with the ground Bengal gram and mix well.
  4. Heat oil to 350 degree (Fahrenheit) . Now take few in the hand and drop them in oil cook until they turn golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Good to go with coffee.
