Paneer cutlet recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Paneer - 250 kilogram
  2. Finely chopped Spring onion - 3
  3. Finely chopped green chili - 4
  4. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Finely chopped coriander leaf - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  6. Finely chopped mint leaf - from 1/2 bunch
  7. Egg (optional) - 1
  8. Bread crumb - 1/2 cup
  9. Oil - for deep fry
  10. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Break the egg in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Break paneer into very small pieces in a bowl.
  3. Now add finely chopped spring onion, green chili, black pepper powder, coriander leaf, mint leaf to the paneer and mix them well.
  4. Now make equal size balls from the paneer.
  5. Now coat the all the paneer balls with break crumbs by first dipping in the egg wash then rolling in bread crumbs.
  6. Now flatten all the balls by pressing by hand and keep them aside for 1/2 an hour.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Now deep fry all the cutlets in batches to golden brown and serve with ketchup.
