INGREDIENTS:

  1. Carrot - 2
  2. Beetroot - 2
  3. Sweet potato - 1
  4. Parsnip - 1
  5. Chat masala - as required
  6. Oil - for deep frying
  7. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash and slice the vegetables into thin round pieces as we do for chips.
  2. Dry the sliced vegetable to remove the water in sun.
  3. Now deep fry the dried vegetables to crispy golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle chat masala, salt if required to the fried vegetables chips and serve.
