INGREDIENTS:

  1. Black gram - 200 grams
  2. Hot green chili - 8
  3. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Ginger - 1 inch
  5. Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - to deep fry

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak Black gram for 3 hours.
  2. Grind the soaked Black gram, 2 green chili and grind to dough. ( add less water as possible)
  3. Cut the ginger, rest of the green chili into fine pieces and add to the dough.
  4. Now add cumin seed, salt, black pepper to the dough and mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan. Make small balls out of the dough and deep fry them.
  6. Now serve the bonda.
