INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maida flour - 1 cup
  2. Ghee - 100 grams
  3. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  4. Cooking soda - a pinch
  5. Salt - a pinch

PREPARATION:

  1. Powder the sugar in a blender.
  2. In a bowl add ghee, sugar, cooking soda, salt and mix well into a batter.
  3. Now add maida flour and make a dough. NOTE: no clumps are formed.
  4. Flatten the dough into 1/4 inch sheet. Cut them in shapes and sizes you like to with cookie cutter and keep it in a ghee coated flat pan with small gap between them.
  5. Steam this in pressure cooker with out the whistle weight or in bamboo steam basket and serve.
