INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maida flour - 1/4 kilogram
  2. Sugar - 150 gram
  3. Dalda - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Egg - 1
  5. Oil - for frying

PREPARATION:

  1. Make a dough out of maida flour, sugar, dalda, egg by adding water as needed.
  2. Make small ball out of the dough. Press and make different shapes or just flat round.
  3. Heat oil and fry the biscuit until they turn golden brown.
