Potato and egg plant bhajji recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bhajji batter - 1 cup
  2. Potato - 1
  3. Brinjal or egg plant - 1
  4. Plantain - 1
  5. Oil - to fry

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean the potato and slice them like for potato chips. Do the same with brinjal or egg plant.
  2. Peal the skin for the plantain, and slice them vertically.(like chips)
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350 F. Take each slice of the brinjal or potato or plantain dip and coat well with the batter.
  4. Deep fry them until it turns golden brown and server them hot.
