INGREDIENTS:

  1. Squid  - 200 grams
  2. Corn flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Rava - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as needed
  6. Egg - 1
  7. Oil - to deep fry
  8. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add the egg white, corn flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, squid and mix well. Keep this 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Spread rava in a tray or place. Now add the marinated squid and coat the rava well.
  3. Heat oil 350 degree Fahrenheit (176.6 degree Celsius). add the squid and immediately flip them. Cook this for 2 minutes and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Squid will cook in 1 or 2 minutes don't cook too long it will become chewy.
  2. For better result use squid rings.
