Shrimp green bean masala recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Shrimp - 15 (cleaned)
  2. Cut green bean - 2 cup
  3. Finely chopped onion - 1
  4. Dry chili - 2
  5. Fennel seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Graded coconut - 1/4 cup
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Curry leaves - 10
  9. Mustard seed
  10. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind onion, dry chili, coconut, shrimp, fennel seed, salt to taste, turmeric powder into fine paste by adding as little water as possible.
  2. In a pan heat oil add mustard seed and wait until it stopped splattering now add the curry leaves and cook for 15 seconds.
  3. Now add the ground and paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Now add the green bean, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add 2 tablespoon (tbsp.) of water. Cover with a lid, simmer and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, mix well and serve.
