INGREDIENTS:

  1. Shrimp - 1 cup
  2. Corn flour (optional) - 4 teaspoon (tsp)
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. Hot chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Coconut - 4 table spoon
  6. Hot green chili - 2
  7. Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Ginger - 1 inch
  9. Garlic - 6 cloves
  10. Oil - to deep fry

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind coconut, hot green chili, mustard seed, ginger, garlic, hot chili powder into fine paste.
  2. Marinate shrimp for 1 hour ( mix well the ground paste and shrimp )
  3. Mix shrimp with corn flour and deep fry them and serve.
