Chili shrimp fry recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Shrimp - 1/2 kilo gram
  2. Garlic - 8 cloves
  3. Hot green chili - 6
  4. Black pepper powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Shallots or small onion - 100 grams
  6. Curry leaves (optional) - 10
  7. Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onions, garlic, hot green chili into fine pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves when it splatter cut onions and cook until it becomes golden brown.
  3. Now add cut tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
  4. Now add garlic, hot green chili and stir, cook for 2-3 min.
  5. Now add the black pepper, shrimp, reduce heat and simmer cook until the shrimp turns red or cooked.
